Superb. I feel we’re entering a new age of imagination. Milton and Blake’s heaven and hell inversion, where hell is creative energy. The intangible benefits are the implicit.

Plus, I’ve always hated that linear problem solving narrative. Ask a real human what their biggest problem in their business is and how can I solve it, you get the shittest answers. (I say this having spent 3 years in qual research)

"Water is more valuable intrinsically than any product of any company on the entire planet - but it’s a commodity, so you can’t make a great business out of selling it."

...Evian and Liquid Death enter the chat 😂 (you even mention it twice hahaha)

Might need to have the analogy swapped to air, it's not been productized YET! Maybe a new brand Your Last Breath™ lol (marketing campaign starts with scene of polluted red skies of Los Angeles, and ends with someone sipping FRESH air from a bottle).

But yes, I could go on and try chat with AI about strategy, and I do that sometimes, and yet just the thought of it already sounds excruciatingly boring, which is why I come to you instead (not to mention, given you're a human, you're a *man on the ground*, which means you present information in the *right* context, whereas for the AI, what's right flies well over its figurative head).

So there is magic to be added that the AI is not doing quite well and will likely never be doing well with current architectures.
